Jump Right In played at The Never Say Never in Hildenborough, Tonbridge, formerly known as The Hilden Manor in the Beefeater chain. It is opened as the The Never Say Never at The Hilden Manor on 30th January 2026, so the pub is establishing its new identity. Set in a location rich with charm and character, it’s undergone a full-scale refurbishment, breathing new life into a much-loved iconic pub.
If you’ve not been, it’s worth a visit as a destination pub for a bite to eat and a few drinks. Parking is plentiful round the back and the front garden has many picnic tables.
Jump Right In lined up with Neil Rigby (vocals / guitar), David Lofts (vocals / guitar), Alan Teague (vocals / piano), Steve Nicholls (drums) and Geoff Trickey (bass). The weather was hot but a little cooler than previously, so no shade was needed.
We had a very enjoyable gig with plenty of interaction with the audience through dancing. We played on the front patio in front of the manor house looking out in to the front garden. The audience enjoyed our set and the sunshine equally.
